New Doily to work on!

Hello fellow tatters! It's been a while! School and a new job are keeping me busy, but I wanted to share a new doily pattern that I'm going to be starting on! It's a large doily from Tattyhead's Blog. I've also been working on some of her 3D flower patterns and they are so fun! She has a ton of free patterns that I've really enjoyed.  Be sure to check out her blog!

The weather here in northern Illinois has been crazy! We are experiencing April/May temps in MARCH!! It's soo warm and beautiful outside! Everything is blooming like crazy with all the warm and rain we've been having. I'm not complaining one bit. So seeing daffodils and tulips blooming all over the place has got me tatting FLOWERS! I love it ;)

Tatting at the Garden Show!

Tomorrow I'm headed to Rockford to display some of my tatting creations at a Garden Show! I'm partnering with a friend I made in my floral class. She is excited to start her own business and wants to incorporate lace into her business! I'm so thrilled! I'll be displaying doilies, hankies, butterflies, 3D Flowers, and some edging ribbons to go along with her 'Garden Wedding' theme on her table! I found some great flower patterns on TattyHeads blog!
