My mom totally surprised me with a bag of goodies for taking such good care of the farm while mom and Lea where away. I got Barbara Foster's
Embellishing with Edgings book and I just LOVE it!!! She also got me three new Lizbeth colors: Vineyard Harvest (#131), Antique Violet Med (#640), and Seagreen Light (686). And to make it the perfect gift bag she included a 9.5" X 9.5" square white cotton hankie! I'm planning on making edging #15 (pictured in blue on the front cover of the book) in my favorite light green color. There is a little embroidered flower pattern on a corner and I think I'll just stitch my own thread over the existing pattern to tie in the color! What good fun!
